Understand how MSCs interact with other cell types to capitalize on their therapeutic potential.

Key Learning Objectives
1. Understand fundamental biology of MSCs and their interactions with multiple cell types including endothelial cells, macrophages, T cells, neutrophils under homeostatic and diseased conditions.
2. How does this interaction inform and change MSC potency?
3. What read-outs can be used to predict these interactions in diseased conditions?
4. Our understanding of inflammation evolves from being one static condition to a multitude of enteties with varying composition of innate and adaptive cells. Hence, the influence of MSCs will depend on MSC interaction with the type of immune cells and their respective numbers.
