Optimize strategies to reduce risks associated with the CGT supply chain, from shipment to cryostorage at clinical sites, and during the thawing process prior to administration.

Key Learning Objectives
1. Storing at cryo temperatures and shipping at non-cryo temperatures can introduce risk. If performed, data should support that the impact to product quality is minimal, however, it may not be best practice to do so.
2. Cold chain qualification timing and requirements at each clinical stage.
3. Strategies to reduce risks associated with cold chain handling during the last-mile shipment and at the point-of-care.
