SaaS solutions like Oracle ERP Cloud are a key factor in driving digital transformation. In today's world, digital transformation is important for a successful business. But implementing SaaS solutions is different from implementing on-premise legacy systems like Oracle E-Business Suite. Business processes need to be standardized and aligned with the processes in the SaaS solution. Therefore, change management has become one of the most important factors for a successful SaaS project. However, it may be necessary for companies to extend and customize some specific processes to maintain their unique selling points. This session will introduce the customization and extension capabilities of Oracle ERP Cloud. These are completely different from the well-known on-premise approaches.
