EBS on OCI
In this session, we will discuss use cases for EBS on OCI, including hybrid and disaster recovery use cases based on specific customer projects. We will review Oracle technology licensing implications on cloud, and how organizations can use OCI subscription licensing to scale their environments. We will provide deep coverage of architecture options and implementations at the database tier, including Compute, DBCS, ExaCS, and Autonomous, as well as Azure/OCI hybrid options. Attendees will learn tips and tricks for other implementation considerations, including connectivity to and integration with on-premises and other cloud providers, and how specific OCI implementation decisions impact maintenance activities. We will close with an overview of cost management in OCI.
