Access to CAR-T therapy is crucial in countries lacking ATMP infrastructure due to its potential in treatment. Developing domestic CAR-T manufacturing capabilities is essential, requiring a strategic roadmap to build local production and expertise. Collaboration and knowledge sharing are key to accelerating this process, allowing new regions to overcome challenges and establish effective CAR-T production. By fostering partnerships and leveraging expertise, countries can enhance access to CAR-T therapy and provide life-saving treatments to more patients globally.
