This plenary panel will explore how varied gene delivery approaches can be applied to the treatment of genetic diseases and cancers with large clinical unmet needs. Speakers will focus on how these technologies have been exploited in the cell and gene therapy drug development and will present pre-clinical and clinical data in support of the current achievements for different therapeutic indications. This session aims to provide an overview of current successes in the application of these approaches and highlight potential bottlenecks that need to be overcome for a wider patient access.

- Learn about recent clinical achievement in the application of viral vector-based cell and gene therapies.
- Discuss current challenges and future application of these approaches to cell and gene therapy products.
