I have over 20 years of experience in life sciences process development, manufacturing and training. I’ve led multidisciplinary teams in both manufacturing process development and production of clinical material. My technical experience covers Chemistry Manufacturing and Controls (CMC) process development and clinical manufacturing for monoclonal antibodies, fusion proteins and all aspects of antibody drug conjugate development and manufacturing.
I started my career in the development of biosimilars, then founded and ran a company dedicated to the development and out-licensing of cell lines and manufacturing processes for various biotherapeutics. With Forbius (now 35Pharma), I managed the development and manufacturing of an Antibody Drug Conjugate. During the pandemic I became Director of Manufacturing at Immune BioSolutions to lead the set-up and successful first production of a clinical lot of a novel three-antibody novel treatment for COVID-19. I worked with CASTL to set-up their first training Centre in Charlottetown and initiate their Montreal operations. I have been working with CATTI (www.catti.ca) as Chief Business Officer since July 2023. We provide training for GMP manufacturing for Cell and Gene Therapy products.
