I received a PhD in Life Sciences from CSIR-Central Drug Research Institute, Lucknow, India where I focused on characterizing cancer testis antigens as a potential biomarker for early detection and diagnosis of cancer. Following my passion in cancer research and interest in immunotherapy I joined Product Develpoment Lab in Center for Cellular Immunotherapies, University of Pennsylvania as a post-doctoral fellow. Here, I am working towards developing strategies for precision manufacturing of CAR T cell products by selecting fit starting materials for input and evaluating the potential of new and emerging technologies as a next generation CAR-T manufacturing platforms.
