With over 15 years of substantial R&D experience in the field of biotechnology, I am currently the VP of Business Development at Bonus BioGroup, a company that develops and manufactures tissue-engineered products for regenerative medicine. In this role, I leverage my technical and business acumen to identify and strategize ways to amplify the company's value for patients, healthcare providers, and strategic partners. I also manage stakeholder engagement and oversee the commercialization of our innovative solutions.
Before joining Bonus BioGroup, I led the Research Department at the same company, where I played an instrumental role in its growth and development. Prior to that, I was the Research Manager at Technion's Laboratory for Cancer Drug Delivery & Cell-Based Technologies, where I handled tech transfer and significantly contributed to the successful commercialization of an innovative cell-derived drug delivery platform. I also have a post-doc tenure at the top-ranked Nanyang Technological University's School of Material Science Engineering, Singapore, where I furthered the development of pioneering cell-based cardiac restoration therapies. My scholarly output includes multiple scientific papers and patents, as well as articles for general media, attesting to my commitment to disseminating scientific knowledge. I am frequently invited to speak at international conferences as an expert in my field.
At the core of my work is a deep-seated commitment to harnessing science and technology as tools for societal prosperity. I envision a world where scientific innovation can transform healthcare delivery, equalize access to treatment, and create a positive impact on lives worldwide. I am passionate about developing and leading teams that share this vision and strive for excellence.
