I have a real passion for improving the "customer" experience, whether that is an accountant using the system, an executive looking at dashboards, or a customer using a web portal. Looking back at my career, the projects and the initiatives that I consider to be my biggest successes are ones where my services provided a measurable difference in the daily lives of my customers, whoever they may be.
One of my biggest natural talents is taking in large amounts of information, boiling that down to the important pieces, and working with the business and technical staff to implement those changes. By fostering positive relationships across the board, I find the right resource to complete the right work at the right time in a positive atmosphere.
I've been working with Oracle Applications since 1999 and I've lead 5 successful implementations/upgrades and have built numerous systems and interfaces on top of Oracle Applications.
