Haig Aghajanian, Ph.D. is Co-Founder, VP and Head of Research at Capstan Therapeutics, and Adjunct Assistant Professor of Medicine at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania. At the University of Pennsylvania, he authored several high-impact publications including a study in Nature using CAR T cells to treat heart disease and a study in Science using targeted lipid nanoparticles to reprogram immune cells in vivo which led to the founding of Capstan. He received his PhD in Cell and Molecular Biology from the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania.
