Dr. Shinichi NODA is a professional with extensive experience in the medical products regulatory agency, specializing in the regulation and review of regenerative medical products in Japan. Currently, he serves as the Deputy Review Director at the Office of Cellular and Tissue-based Products at the Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices Agency (PMDA) in Japan.
Prior to his current position, He held various positions within the PMDA and Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (MHLW), including Senior Reviewer at the Office of pharmacovigilance II at the PMDA, Section Chief of the Blood Safety Section at the Blood and Blood Products Division of the MHLW, and Reviewer at the Office of Medical Devices and Office of Biologics II at the PMDA.
He earned his Ph.D. in Science from the Graduate School of Life and Environmental Sciences at the University of Tsukuba in 2009. Through his diverse experiences, he has developed a deep understanding of the regulatory landscape and am committed to ensuring the safety and efficacy of medical products for patients.
