Liz Ferraro joined FACT as the Manager of Auditing Services in October 2022. Prior to that, she created the Quality Management System for the Nebraska Medicine Apheresis Program and served as the Quality Manager for FACT, achieving FACT accreditation in the shortest time possible (12 months from date of first research collection).
Throughout her 30+ years in Quality roles, including Quality Assurance, Quality Systems, Quality Engineering, Supplier Auditing and Quality Auditing, she has accrued extensive knowledge in tissue banking and pharmaceuticals; as well as being a certified LEAN practitioner and energetic problem solver.
She has performed in a Quality capacity in FACT, AABB and AATB accredited and FDA and ISO registered organizations as both auditor and auditee.
For the last four years, Liz has presented Quality topics at the FACT Quality Boot Camps, as well as for industry and global partners.
