Karolis Rosickas is the CEO of Regeneus, an Australian-listed regenerative medicine company that develops mesenchymal stem cell therapeutics for knee osteoarthritis and other indications. Prior to founding Regeneus, Karolis founded OME Health, a London-based digital therapeutics company that was co-funded by Bayer AG and SingCell, a Singapore-based cell therapy contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO). Before founding OME Health, Mr. Rosickas worked as a Vice President at the HSBC Investment Banking team in London where he advised European healthcare and pharma clients on mergers and acquisitions and capital raising transactions. Earlier in his career, Karolis also served as the CFO of Danone's regional early life and clinical nutrition units.
Karolis holds an MBA from IESE Business School and a BSc from Stockholm School of Economics. Additionally, he has obtained a Genomics certificate from Stanford University.
