Jason C. Foster has held leading roles in consulting, healthcare and technology companies for over 20 years in the US, UK and Europe. He spent 10 of those years building Indivior PLC (LSE: INDV) which exited in a £3.5B enterprise value listing on the London Stock Exchange in December 2014. Jason is currently CEO and Executive Director for Ori Biotech, a cell and gene therapy manufacturing technology company with offices in London and New Jersey, for which he has raised $140M since 2019. Jason is an active angel investor and serves as a Non-Executive Director of several portfolio companies including London-based healthtech start-ups GripAble (neurorehab platform) and Credentially (healthcare staffing SaaS), as well as Auxita Pty (an Australian healthcare data platform). As the Managing Director of Health Equity Consulting for the last 6 years, he has advised private equity; venture capital funds, family offices, accelerators and healthTech start-ups. In addition to his work at HEC, Jason is a strategic advisor to Ataraxia Partners, a Venture Partner with both Hambro Perks and THENA Capital as well as Co-Chair of the Tech London Advocates (TLA) healthtech working group.
