I am an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics in the Division of Pediatric Hematology, Oncology, and Stem Cell Transplantation, Section Chief of Pediatric Stem Cell Transplantation and Cellular Therapy, and Cellular Therapy Collection Facility Director at New York Medical College.

The focus of my clinical work and research is on stem cell transplantation, cellular therapy, and non-cellular immunotherapy for pediatric hematologic malignancies and non-malignant disorders. As a faculty member at New York Medical College, I have 7 years of experience in developing several institutional, multi-institutional and national/international clinical translational research trials including COG and PIDTC sponsored trials, directly related to stem cell transplantation and cellular immunotherapy, have served as the PI, Co-PI or Co-Investigator, and have reported results at national and international meetings. I am a Co-Investigator of the ongoing multi-institutional translation trial “Safety and Efficacy of Virus-Specific Cytotoxic T-Lymphocytes Manufactured by the IFN-g Cytokine Capture System for the Treatment of Refractory Adenovirus, Cytomegalovirus, Epstein Barr Virus, and BK Virus Infections in Children, Adolescents and Young Adults after Allogeneic Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation, Solid Organ Transplantation, or with Primary Immunodeficiency (IND# 17449)”, as presented at Transplantation and Cellular Therapy meetings of the American Society of Transplantation and Cellular Therapy 2023.
