A 25-year veteran in health care and managed care industries, Ashley Hume brings extensive experience leading multidisciplinary teams in both the provider and payer spaces. As the senior vice president of strategic growth and client engagement for Emerging Therapy Solutions (ETS), Ashley manages sales, client relations and product development related to cost containment and risk projection for catastrophic claims. Ashley sits on multiple national committees focused on reimbursement policy and innovative payment strategies for cell & gene therapy. Prior to ETS, Ashley held leadership positions at a health plan and a health plan services company.
Ashley also held senior leadership positions over revenue cycle and contracting for large specialty groups and a health system, gaining significant expertise in prior authorization, claims and patient financial services, as well as in third-party payor, direct-to-employer, and physician services contracting.
