Anushree Datar, M.S., is the CTL Lead for Immune Testing and Characterization (ITC) in the Cellular Therapy Laboratory at Children’s National Hospital (CNH). In her role, she manages the ITC team, which supports the GMP by performing release testing of products manufactured at CNH for Phase 1 clinical trials and provides assistance with in-process testing. She also oversees assay development, validation studies and aids in scientific collaboration with the Process Development and Translational Research teams. She has five years of experience in cell and gene therapy research. She holds a Master of Science in Medical Biotechnology from University of Illinois at Chicago.
