Andy Murray is the CEO and co-founder of Sania Therapeutics. A circuit neuroscientist and expert in viral vector engineering, he completed his PhD at the University of Aberdeen, postdoctoral work at Columbia University and was a Group Leader at the Sainsbury Wellcome Centre, University College London where his laboratory focussed on the neural circuits for movement and built new tools for accessing the nervous system. He founded and became the CEO of Sania in 2022 and has guided the company from early-stage conception through to the current pre-clinical stage.
