Ivo Urh is a Field Application Scientist at FUJIFILM Irvine Scientific in the Life Sciences division. He currently coordinates the scientific support for cell and gene therapy in the EMEA-North region. Ivo earned his BS in Chemical Process Technology from the University of Ljubljana and his MS in Biochemical Engineering from University of Maribor. Prior to joining FUJIFILM Irvine Scientific, he worked for Evox Therapeutics in their process scale-up team, developing upstream and downstream processes to bring exosome-based therapies to market. He also spent one year at Lonza Biologics, working on optimizing purification processes.
